Welcome to Colwall Greener

Our Mission

Evidence that we are living through a climate and ecological crisis is compelling. The enormity of the problem and the scale of the effort required to address it can be overwhelming, leading to feelings of helplessness. Yet each and every one of us has the power to make changes for the better, however small, and to do our bit the best we can.

Colwall Greener is a group of people in the village of Colwall in Herefordshire who are interested in what they can do to help locally or individually to move towards a greener future for our country.

Our aims are:

1. To be a networking and signposting organisation, helping to bring as many people as possible, of all ages, from in and around Colwall, on their journey to reach net zero.
2. To encourage people to initiate and support local groups, projects and campaigns in and around Colwall aimed at:
   • reducing carbon footprints
   • protecting and enhancing biodiversity
